What can agile vocational training look like? With the concept of the trainee learning sprints, we help our clients to revolutionise their vocational training: Trainees become active, self-responsible designers of their learning.
This is what the trainees do in monthly sprints:
Set own learning goals,
Clarify their relevance,
Understand the whole company as a learning space and put together suitable learning opportunities, and
Develop and pursue a joint and an individual learning plan.
At the same time, trainers reach their new role as learning guides. The learning sprints follow a clear, monthly cycle with four stations. The trainee learning sprints thus contribute to:
