Trainee Learning Sprints

What can agile vocational training look like? With the concept of the trainee learning sprints, we help our clients to revolutionise their vocational training: Trainees become active, self-responsible designers of their learning.

 This is what the trainees do in monthly sprints:

  • Set own learning goals,

  • Clarify their relevance,

  • Understand the whole company as a learning space and put together suitable learning opportunities, and

  • Develop and pursue a joint and an individual learning plan.

At the same time, trainers reach their new role as learning guides. The learning sprints follow a clear, monthly cycle with four stations. The trainee learning sprints thus contribute to:

  • Achieving the training goals more successfully.

  • Building up personal responsibility and self-control, as they will be decisive for continuous development throughout a professional life.
